The personal data of the user are used by TESTACUORE S.r.l. who is the data controller for processing, in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the GDPR 2016/679 Regulation.

 

Art 1 – Provision of data

The personal data required for registration on the site are: Surname, Name, Email

To proceed with the purchase of products, however, the following personal data are required:

Surname and Name, Email, Tax Code (if natural person), Address, Company Name and VAT number (if legal person).

The provision of data is strictly functional to the performance of the services requested by the user and is mandatory to proceed with the purchase of products.

The data may be communicated and / or disseminated to the companies of the TESTACUORE S.r.l. group, to our sales network.

The data relating to the contract and service activity can be communicated to commercial / technical consultants for administrative and accounting purposes and to lawyers for possible management of disputes.
